Evening Walks

Where we live, it's really nice to take a walk, run or ride our bikes.
Lately, Cayley has been joining us so we make sure we hold onto her and take care of her.

But Mummy is always nearby... in case we get distracted...

Unsupervised Homework

I am an independent girl (most of the time) and Mummy knows she can trust me to do my homework. Of course, she still checks to make sure that I do it properly.

Here's a sample of my Malay homework. I must write down the word 'putih' many many times and after that, I have to find a picture that is also 'putih'.

So this is what I found. Isn't it 'putih'?

(Special note by Mummy: I have decided, with the 'full support' of my dear husband, to leave this picture as it is. I'm interested to see if the teacher makes any comments.)

Drawing for 5-year-olds

I love to draw. When I grow up, I hope to be as good as Aunty Gaby. (She can really draw beautiful pictures). Aunty Jane says I draw better than I write. Mummy says I'm getting better at my drawing. I think so too. Check it out - free hand, no tracing.

What do you all think?
I made up the dress myself.
Daddy says I've got my talent from Mummy.

(Note from Mummy: Don't mind the background music. I was just feeling sentimental :)

$$ Maximising on the THOMAS merchandise $$

Che-Che Chloe thought it would be real funny to run Percy's wheels up and down her head, despite Mummy's warning. Outcome? Extremely Predictable! Presenting.... the Percy Hair Clip!

And who should come to the rescue? But of course, SuperDAD!

After much tugging, and running of Percy's wheels, the merchandise was successfully removed. Leaving behind the very solemn Chloe and remnants on Percy's green wheels.

Enough said - lesson learnt!

LOOKALIKE!

After a quick morning shower, Caleb walks in dressed and looking like THIS.

Mummy says: Wow, Caleb, you look ... interesting.

Caleb replies: Yeah, I look like Kung Kung!

(Hmm... what is it? The combed hair or the tucked-in shirt...)
