Goodbye 2008.

Mummy kept telling us that yesterday was a special day 'cos it's the last day of the year.
I don't really understand what that means. All I know is that I get to stay up late while Caleb & Cayley have to sleep.

It was a quiet family night.
Daddy prayed a special prayer for us all before putting Caleb to bed.
I was to stay up with Daddy & Mummy to have popcorn and watch Wall-E.. not Caleb. But I just couldn't fight it & fell asleep.. :(
Loud fireworks were set off around 12 which woke Caleb up.
He got to stay up & watch the WHOLE of Wall-E with Daddy & Mummy. Not fair :(

(Note by Mummy Berry: The year 2008 presented Chloe & Caleb with a new baby sister. They love her very much. As Caleb would say it, she is so choote! Blessed New Year to family & friends!)

Love,

CHRISTMAS!

Thank you EVERYONE for all the gifts. We're all set for the whole of 2009!
We received gifts from Australia, New Zealand and even Peru!

Caleb got THOMAS-everything! His most favourite for now is Popo and Kung Kung's present. (We'll post a picture of it in action next time). Mummy also bought Caleb and me wonderful bedsheets and blankets. Caleb got a whole Thomas set and I got a Princess set. I make sure Caleb stays on his side of the bed.

For Christmas, I got all sorts of stuff .. mostly princess stuff. I really like the fairy wings Aunty Flo got for me and the Dress-up Paper dolls from Uncle Gideon, Aunty Ashley & Tiff (in NZ). Cayley enjoys her Lavender doll and the playmat from Popo.

I really love Christmas.. I can't wait for next year!

No need aeroplane

This December holidays we didn't go anywhere by aeroplane. Instead, we only went by car. We stayed at Empire & celebrated Daddy's birthday there.

So happy in our room..

Had enough of posing!

Cayley got her own cot and slept very well. She's a good girl.

I really like Empire.. especially, their swimming pools! Caleb and I swam in the kiddie pool and then Daddy & Mummy took us to the "beach" pool. I wish we could go swimming there every day.

Under Daddy's watchful eye..

I wore my goggles. Caleb HAD to put on the arm bands 'cos he doesn't know how to swim yet. But he is very brave for someone who can't swim. He wants to go to the deep end and doesn't mind the water going up his nose. In fact, he drinks the pool water on purpose! Yucks!

We had so much FUN! I wish we lived in Empire.

MacBook - Child Developmental Tool

I've been rolling over for the past few days. This is one of my earliest recorded achievements - motivated by a good sermon on podcast.

Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree!

Aunty Gaby slept over at my house and slept in MY room.
We helped Mummy set up the tree and decorate it.
It's beautiful! There are red and silver balls, bells, stars and hearts.

The ladies have helped make this Christmas tree so beautiful. I love to look at the ornaments. They seem to call out to me so I can't help but to remove them one by one.
